Can I buy your products in any shops?
Not just yet. But we are working on making our products more accessible to you and many others so stay posted!
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes! We think less is more, and have thoughtfully designed our product packaging to eliminate unnecessary waste. Our product packaging is plastic-free, except for our recyclable plastic bottles.
We want your products to arrive in perfect condition, but we're conscious to not overly use filler materials or large cardboard boxes to overpackage small items. When we receive packing materials that are plastic, we make sure we reuse them along with the boxes from our inventory.
Plus, our mailer bags are made of cornstarch and certified 100% compostable commercially and at home!
What about returns and exchanges?

I think I may have found a fault with an item I purchased. What should I do?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with the quality of our products. If you are not happy with a particular product, please email us at info@oneecostep.com.au and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Is One Eco Step an Australian company? Where are your items dispatched from?
We are proudly an Australian family business with all orders dispatched from our warehouse based in Melbourne.
What does GOTS mean?
The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is recognised as the world's leading processing standard for textiles made from organic fibres. It defines high-level environmental criteria along the entire organic textiles supply chain and requires compliance with social criteria as well.
How much is shipping? And how long does delivery take?
Our flat rate shipping fee within Australia is $9.95 unless your order is over $50 and then shipping is free.
We use Sendle, Australia's first 100% carbon neutral delivery service, to ship your orders. As a general guide, you can expect the estimated delivery times for these locations:
- Melbourne: Same or next business day
- Sydney, Adelaide, and Canberra: up to 2 business days
- Brisbane, Hobart, and Gold Coast: up to 5 business days
- Perth, Darwin, and Cairns: up to 10 business days.
